Working principle:

Using this stencil, the coating is cut and penetrated by the grid pattern, and the finished pattern is classified into six levels to evaluate the adhesion of the coating from the substrate.

Application:

1. It is suitable for measuring the adhesion of paint film and substrate with paint thickness less than 250mm on the surface of plastic and wood furniture.
2. The strength of the adhesion force applied to the surface of the sprayed or electroplated product or the strength of the bottom coat combined with each other
