Cross CutAdhesion Tester conforms to GB/T 9286, ISO2409, ASTM D 3002 and ASTMD 3359 design standard. For uniformly marking out a certain size of the lattice, through the evaluation of the coating complete degree to assess coating substrate adhesion degree, expressed as a "level". It is mainly used for the determination of organic coating cross cut test for adhesion, not only suitable for laboratory, also can be applied to various conditions of the construction site.

Cutter bit is made of  hard alloy steel. Blade size is strictly controlled within the requirements of the standard deviation: Blade addendum width is less than 0.05mm; blade angle of 30 ° ± 1 °. Head of  blade design not only maintaining the cutter sharpness, but reduced the number of frequent replacement.

2mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness 60~120um soft substrate specimens (wood/ plastic)

3mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness 121~250μm hard substrate specimens or soft substrate specimens.
