Description

The SDGL - 1700 - II dual-zone high-temperature tube furnace, adopted double-shell structure and intelligent automatic temperature control system, thyristor-controlled phase-shift trigger. Furnace chamber using imported polycrystalline alumina fiber, between double furnace shell equipped with air cooling system, fast heating and cooling. Built-in two temperature zones to create a different temperature gradient, with a vacuum system is ideal product for CVD or PVD thin film growth.

Main function and features:

1. Built-in two -zone Ⅰ -zone heating for silicon molybdenum rod, II -zone used silicon carbide heating elements, can create a temperature difference between any temperature gradient within 300 ° C;

2. Adopted water-cooled KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges. Adopted circulating water cooling flange, with the chiller to reduce the temperature of the furnace mouth, and thus well protected seals to ensure air tightness of the high-temperature furnace tube;

3. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers, effective insulation and energy saving. Imported silicon molybdenum rod and silicon carbide rod as heating element, greatly improving its service life, high density imported alumina tube, durable use and not easy break;

4. Reserved vacuum, gas road fast interface, could working with our vacuum system or mixed gas system;

5. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output;

6. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitoring the temperature of the heated material;

7. Optional with the observation window flange, real-time observation of the sintered material conditions;

8. Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
