Description

Application

It is used to measure the whiteness of the surface of the object, and the measurement result is displayed on the LCD screen.

Widely used in paper, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, ceramics, enamel, grain, building materials, paints, chemicals, salt and other production and commodity inspection departments that need to measure the whiteness of special objects. The instrument also measures the transparency, opacity, light scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of the paper.

Working principle
The instrument uses the integrating sphere to measure the absolute spectral diffuse reflectance. The light emitted by the tungsten halogen lamp passes through the condensing mirror and the color filter to form a blue-violet light, which enters the integrating sphere. After the light is diffusely reflected on the inner wall of the integrating sphere, it is irradiated on the test port. On the sample, the light reflected by the sample is received by the silicon photocell through the condensing mirror and the light filter group, and converted into an electrical signal. Another way is to use a silicon photocell to receive the substrate signal in the sphere. The two electrical signals are separately amplified, mixed, and the measurement results are digitally displayed and printed by the built-in printer.
