Multi-function Manual Turret Digital Knoop Hardness Tester (MHKD-1000MP)

The MHKD-1000MP model products have all the features and functions of the ordinary Knoop hardness testers. Its operator interfaces adopts the embedded LCD display screen, and all the testing data can be displayed on the real time. A comprehensive analysis of the material can be provided to the operators for a reference. Main functions and features :

1. Operational panel is concise and clear with menu structure, and with English and Chinese interface, easy switching.

2. The hardness values, diagonal length, dwell time, testing frequency, environmental temperature, the maximum /minimum value

    of test, average value and  repeatability can be displayed directly.

3. With Knoop and Vickers hardness testing capabilities and the testing force can be extended to 2KG.

4. The optical system designed by senior optical engineer (who worked in the Shanghai Optics And Fine Mechanics Institute,

    Chinese Academy of Science) not only meet the definition of hardness testing requirements, but also can observe the

    microstructure of the material.

5. According to different visual habits of the operators, the strength of the light source can be adjusted. To avoid the visual fatigue

   for long time operation.

6. The testing data able to be printed directly by the built-in printer.

7. Reserved image channel，can beconnected with computer, used the image analysis software to analyzing the physical and

    chemical properties of the material.
